Windows Update လုပ္တဲ့အခါမွာ Error ေတြ က်လာရင္ System Update Readiness Tool နဲ ့ေျဖရွင္းႏိုင္ပါတယ္။Error က်လာရတာကေတာ့ သင့္ ၀င္းဒိုး ရဲ ့ file data,registry , system files စတာေတြ ပ်က္ဆီးေနလို ့ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ဒီလို အေျခအေနမ်ိဳးမွာ System Update Readiness Tool ကို သံုးျပီးသင့္ကြန္ျပဴတာရဲ ့ ပ်က္ဆီးေနတဲ့ system files ေတြကို ျပန္ျပဳျပင္ေပးမွသာ update လုပ္ႏုိင္မွာပါ။
Windows 8 user ေတြ အတြက္ system update readiness tool က နဂို ပါျပီးသားျဖစ္တဲ့ အတြက္ ေဒါင္းလုပ္လုပ္စရာမလို ပါဘူး။Command Prompt ကို admin အေနနဲ ့ဖြင့္ျပီး ေအာက္က command ေတြ ကို တစ္ခု ခ်င္းစီ ရိုက္ထည္ ့ျပီး enter ေခါက္ပါ။
1. DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
2. DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
ျပီးရင္ exit ႏွိပ္ျပီး command prompt ကို ပိတ္လို ့ရပါတယ္။Control Panel က Windows Update ကိုႏွိပ္ျပီး update ျပန္လုပ္ၾကည့္ပါ။
Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008 R2, and Windows Server 2008 အသံုးျပဳသူေတြ အတြက္ System Update Readiness Tool ကို Microsoft ၀က္ဆိုက္က ေဒါင္းလုပ္လုပ္ျပီး run ပါ။Instruction ေတြအတိုင္းဆက္လုပ္သြားပါ။သင့္ကြန္ျပဴတာက ပ်က္ဆီးေနတဲ့ System Files ေတြကို scan လုပ္ျပီး ျပဳျပင္ေပးမွာ ျဖစ္တဲ့အတြက္ အခ်ိန္ၾကာျမင့္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ေနာက္ဆံုး complete dialog box ေပၚလာရင္ ေတာ့ Windows Update ျပန္လုပ္ၾကည့္ပါ။အဆင္ေျပပါေစ။
